Methamphetamine Seizure - Albany Police Case 11-16167 & 11-16168

On August 24, 2011, at about 6:00 a.m., Albany Police Detectives served 2 narcotics search warrants at the Albany Trailer Court located at 1197 NE Century Drive in Albany. The search warrants were executed by the Linn County Regional SWAT team and the Marion County SWAT team.

46-year-old David Swanson and 20-year-old Alexandra Kaiser, both Albany residents who lived in a trailer at space #23, were taken into custody and lodged in the Linn County Jail on the following charges:
* Unlawful Possession and Delivery of Methamphetamine.
* Possession of a Controlled Substance - Schedule I (Hashish).
* Frequenting.
41-year-old Carlos Garcia-Flores, 34-year-old Miguel Garcia, and 22-year old Luis Flores-Arellano, all Albany residents who lived in a manufactured home at space #21, were taken into custody and lodged in the Linn County Jail on the following charges:
* Manufacture of a Controlled Substance - Methamphetamine.
* Possession of a Controlled Substance - Methamphetamine.
* Delivery of a Controlled Substance - Methamphetamine.
Several pounds of methamphetamine as well as other controlled substances, U.S. currency, firearms, and a vehicle were seized as evidence in this investigation. These search warrants were the result of a several month long investigation which is still on-going.
Albany Police Detectives were assisted by members of the Linn and Benton County Sheriff's Office, Sweet Home Police Department and the Corvallis Police Department.
Booking photos were not available for Miguel Garcia at the time of this press release.
