Judge William Horner, Polk County Circuit Court Judge, sentenced Anthony Abraham to over 10 years in prison for one count of Unlawful Sexual Penetration in the First Degree and two counts of Sexual Abuse in the First Degree.

The charges were based on a 2009 incident, in which Abraham, then 20 years old, sexually abused a 15 year old girl. Abraham has three prior felony convictions out of Marion County, one for Assault in the Fourth Degree and two for Rape in the Third Degree.
